Refund policy

We supply goods on a firm-sale basis, we do not offer goods on a consignment basis.  As such, your goods will be despatched with a 30-day invoice.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.  Should you receive any goods that are defective or damaged, we will raise a credit note against your invoice.
